REFUND POLICY

  • PREMIUM PROGRAM

    Full refund available for Premium Program if you invest in a luxury real estate project through us within two (2) calendar months from the day following the conclusion of your trip.

  • The funds allocated for your refund will be transferred on your behalf directly to the developer of the real estate project in which you decided to invest.
  • VIP PROGRAM

    Full refund available for VIP Program if you invest in a luxury real estate project through us within three (3) calendar months from the day following the conclusion of your trip.

  • The funds allocated for your refund will be transferred on your behalf directly to the developer of the real estate project in which you decided to invest.

Please note that if no real estate project investment is made through AMSTERA PROPERTIES B.V. within two (2) or three (3) calendar months, as applicable, following the conclusion of the trip, no deposit shall be transferred to the developer on behalf of the investor as a refund, and no reimbursement for the difference in the incurred expenses shall be provided.
